You can size up or down using any crochet hat pattern or adjusting gauge or needle size. This pattern worked out to be a junior size (age 7-10) but I do tend to crochet tightly.

You will need a darning needle for sewing.

You can use a safety eye or button but I simply stitched the eye on.
