This hat features a simple cable design inspired by fjords — long narrow inlets of the sea flowing between high cliffs. These vintage mirrored cables are framed on either side by double rows of slipped stitches.

The Fjord Beanie is a slouchy hat worked in the round with basic, bottom up construction. It begins with a folded ribbed brim, then continues to the mirrored cable pattern, which is repeated around the main body of the hat. The stretchy nature of the band will accommodate up to a 24” circumference head. Stitch pattern is both written and charted
