The Flaked Out Cowl was designed as a companion piece to the Flaked Out Poncho and is a level two design in my next level knitting system. Featuring bold graphic stripes and a fun snowflake motif, it is the perfect introduction to stranded colourwork!

You will begin with a provisional cast on, and knit the entire cowl in one long tube, which will be grafted together using kitchener stitch at the very end. As with all of my patterns, you will find a clear instructional style with plenty of pro tips and video tutorials to ensure your success, even if you have never tried these techniques before.

The end result is a gorgeous, oversized cowl guaranteed to keep you warm (even through a Canadian winter)! and turn heads!
