The pattern can be used to make 20” to 24.5” circumference hats, and has been thoroughly tested by many lovely folks. It is suitable for intermediate crocheters, is written in US crochet terms, and requires knowledge of tapestry crochet. A pixel grid graph is included!

You’ll need:

• a yarn/tapestry needle
• worsted weight yarn (i recommend using cotton yarn) i used Lily Sugar n Cream in Black (Color A; up to 85 yds), Red (Color B; up to 32 yds), Hot Orange (Color C; up to 30 yds), and Yellow (Color D; up to 72 yds)
• crochet hook: 6.00mm (if you crochet tightly), 5.5 mm, or 5.00 (if you crochet loosely)
