This is my go-to cowl to knit as a gift. I’ve knit it in several gauges so far, and this is my favorite, so this is the one I am sharing!

Note that the listed gauge is post blocking gauge - I wet-blocked the cowl, but did not pin it.

The cowl takes two skeins of Fleece Artist Coraline, but would work with 250 yards of any chunky wool, adjusting the needles somewhat. It looks especially nice in highly variegated yarn.

If you want a smaller cowl, just cast on fewer stitches, making sure that you cast on an ODD number.

Enjoy!
