This is a top down sock with a picot cuff, and a short row heel with a standard toe. The lace down the back of the leg is called raised tyre track, and the all over pattern is a flame stitch. I found the inspiration for this sock in one of my sons hot wheel cars and the lovely Hazel Knits Artisan Sock yarn was the perfect color.
