Fleabag the Fox
Knit your very own Fleabag the fox
Please note: Not based on BBC’s Fleabag but may run after hot priests. So keep an eye on him.
Seeing a fox in the cool quiet of the after-hours city is a bit of a magical thing. Seeing him ripping through your bin bag outside your house for chicken scraps is less magical and probably means you’ll have to go out there in your slippers and tidy up before the neighbours complain.
Fleabag the Fox is a purled point-eared vulpine hero of the urban wild. Purl him proudly so he can bark at the moon, drink from your murky pond and scare the pants off your cats (if your cats wore pants, which would look very odd) by appearing at the end of your garden and staring eerily towards the house.
This pattern was created in 2010 and is being released into the wild again in 2019 inspired by BBC’s Fleabag, and the fact that foxes are super cool.
