Pricing update: I have increased my prices to more accurately represent the work that has gone into the making of my patterns. All my patterns have increased in prices, however my newer designs have increased more than my old ones, as I feel I have learned a lot over the years and the quality of my newer designs is higher. The price listed reflects what I believe is fair for the work put into the design, however I understand that the price increases may be inaccessible to some and am offering some tiered discounts for those that need them.

A “Choose What You Pay” model is available for this pattern, allowing both financial accessibility and fair pricing. The buyer may pay what they are able while still valuing the hard work invested to create this design. Use the codes below in order to pay the price listed after each. The Fletching Sweater is named due to the detailing along the bottom hem reminding me of arrow fletchings. I had actually designed this pattern to have vine detailing, but they turned out more angular and reminded me more of fletchings! It has a fold over turtle-neck and is worked top down raglan style. The sleeves and bottom edge have a 1x1 ribbed hem, and the bottom hem features a colour worked design. The sweater is designed to fall to a mid-long crop level. The pattern will have options for adding extra length if desired. This is a #sizeinclusive pattern

Sizes 30, 53.3, 60, 63.3, 66.6 and 70 are untested, if you are interested in knitting the Fletching Sweater in one of those sizes, please let me know and I will gift the pattern to you in exchange for feedback

Needles required: 8 mm for body (16 inch and 40 inch cords, plus optional DPNs for sleeves), 6 and 6.5 mm for ribbing (at least 24 inch cord for bottom hem ribbing, for sleeves you may be able to use 16 inch cord, or longer cord with magic loop method, or DPNs)
may need other size needles to meet gauge

Gauge: 12 sts x 14 rows = 4 x 4 inches

Yarn required: two colours of any bulky weight yarn that you can get gauge with (I used Knitpicks Biggo in Dove Heather for Colour A, and Autumn Heather for Colour B, 110 yds per 100 g ball)

Yardage required:
Colour A: 350 (410, 470, 500) {550, 600, 680} (735, 790, 825) {870, 925, 985}
Colour B: 90 (100, 110, 115) {125, 140, 145} (155, 160, 165) {170, 175, 180}
yardage is an approximation at this point, and is calculated using the mid crop length and no additional bust darts. allow for extra yardage if planning to add length
