The Fleur-de-Lis hat is a “hip” style - big and slouchy - hat, with room for plenty of curls. The pattern calls for 5 colors of fingering weight wool, but could be knit in only three colors if preferred. Knitter will need 16” circular needles in sizes 2 and 3 (or sized needed to work gauge) as well as double-pointed needles in either size to close up the top.
