This pattern has been published by Rowan with some variations - e.g stripes, back button fastening, open lower back. Please check out your version to note the details.

The latest version, featured in Rowan Summer Treasures, May 2023, features a solid garment with an open lower back ( i.e. no buttons.) The later version also features nine sizes.
