Flindrikin
These lovely mittens from Carol Meldrum feature decorative cuffs using two different colourwork patterns, and a main fabric with blue-and-white snowflake motifs; each pattern is bordered by striped garter stitch welts. The cuffs are double-layered for extra warmth, and they have afterthought thumbs.
The mittens are knitted in seven shades of Jamieson & Smith’s Jumper Weight Shetland wool.
