Flip is a cute little vest for boys and girls. It is a timeless design that goes with every outfit. The Garter stitch on the shoulders adds visual interest but keeps the design simple. It is worked in one piece from the bottom up. The shoulders are then seamed. The sideways front bands are worked at last to make it easy to adjust fit.
