Flip Side fingerless gloves are totally reversible! Two gloves in one. Knit it on the “dot side” and flip it to the “nubbin side”. If you finish carefully and hide your tails well, you can flip ‘em any time you like. These are really fun to knit, very textural, and only take about 160 yds of sport weight yarn for the medium size. That means that I can get two pairs out of one skein of Pashmina (what a plus for gift knitters) but everyone’s knitting is a little different so I can’t guarantee that you’ll have the same luck.
Pattern comes with sizing tips and tips for substituting yarns of different weights/needle sizes. I’m currently knitting it in sportweight handspun and Tosh DK. And they fit really well. First time I put them on was a warm day but I didn’t want to take them off…could that be the Pashmina? Probably :-).
