This skirt is made in vertical rows using graduated stitches for the increases. It is made in one piece with a seam sewn at the side, then the ruffles are made in rounds at the bottom of the skirt.

The skirt has anywhere from 5-7” of ease which explains the sizing. The skirt has negative ease but it stretches quite a bit.

Elastic is recommended for the waistband.
