Pattern is written in both UK and US terms, but is mainly worked from a chart.

This is a cute, “flapper” style cloche which benefits from a yarn which has longer variegation in color (especially when adding the flower motifs).

Materials:
2 x balls of aran/bulky (chunky) weight multicoloured yarn in wine; 50g/131yd/120m

Hooks:
Sizes 6mm (US J/10, UK 4) and 7mm (US K/10½, UK 2) crochet hooks

Size:
Head circumference 54–58cm (21¼–23in)

Gauge (tension) sample:
4 pattern repeats and 5 rounds using the 7mm (US K/10½, UK 2) crochet hook = 4 x 4in (10 x 10cm). Change your hook if necessary to obtain the correct gauge (tension).
