Notes

You will start by crocheting the waistband using wide half double crochet stitches. Then, continue with the main body of the skirt, maintaining the wide half double crochet stitch. Finish by adding three rounds of ruffles at the bottom.

When working on the waistband you’ll be working over the elastic.
