This is a cute versatile bag.
The suggested yarn is aran or cotton cord but any yarn is suitable. The size will change according to the yarn used.

The sample I made is using
300yards of 2mm cotton cord
3.5mm hook

But I made many others with double strand acrylic DK or cotton aran. They all pleased the recipient of the bag.
