Hrafna-Flóki Vilgerðarsson was the first Norseman to set sail for Iceland. He was reputed to be a master boat builder renowned for his carpentry, navigation skills, and spiritual powers.
My hat is a salute to the Viking boat builder who bravely explored and risked his life to find new lands and riches.
