Flonkerton Socks
It is no secret that I am a huge fan of The Office,so an Office collection only seemed necessary. This collection of course requires some socks. If you are an office fan you will know that flonkerton is an office Olympic game. This is a game in which two “athletes”slip their shoes into the hard plastic straps on the top of a box of paper and race to the finish line! The pattern itself follows the theme of my Office collection by using knit and purl stitches to offer a more interesting basic pattern. Here I have used them in a fun seed stitch type rib.
NOTE! This is a PATTERN NOT A FINISHED PRODUCT!

Based off US Women’s sizes S (M, L, XL) or 6-8(8-9, 9-10, 10-11)

Pattern uses worsted weight yarn 210(260, 310, 360) yards. I used Caron Simply Soft. You can sub out the acrylic yarn for a natural fiber! Use a wool blend, knit picks has a lot of great options for worsted weight wools. Or, use your favorite hand dyed yarn for a luxurious fall sock.
