Flooer is the old Scots word for Flower.

Measurements: when lain flat before sewing up, each wrist warmer measures 18cm across the knuckles and 10cm across the cuff when knitted on DK yarn on 3.5mm needles, for a larger size use 4mm needles.

I used DK yarn in 3 colours: for the best effect make sure the lightest yarn used in the background below the petals is a good contrast to the darker yarn used for the petals; to best show up the lacy pattern of the petals.

I used approx 25g each of the 2 contrast yarns and 50g of the MC.

Sometimes you’re knitting on the WS and purling on the RS but the instructions are very clear and they make an interesting knit. Enjoy!
