Floppy Fairisle Hat
Knit in the round from the bottom up, with some interesting details. The bottom edging is a 2 color 1x1 rib. At the top, the decrease is incorporated first in the stranded colorwork. Then it moves into one color, and a rib st. The tassels really make the hat- include as many colors as you wish.
Finished size: 23” circumference.
You will need:
About 3 ½ – 4 oz yarn (200-220 yds total), in 5 colors (Cascade 220 Heathers, 100% wool, used for sample)
A set of dbl pts and a 16” circular needle, US #7/ 4.5 mm, or size to meet gauge.
