Flora cardigan is worked from the top down with raglan increases on the yoke and a deep V-neck. The buttons plackets are worked in double knitting with buttonholes along the right side.

Flora cardigan is designed to have approx. 15 cm 6 in of positive ease, meaning it is designed to be 15 cm 6 in larger in circumference than your bust measurement. For example, if you measure 90 cm 35½ in around your bust, you should knit a size 36. A size 36 sweater has a bust circumference of 106 cm 41¾ in which in given example would give you 15 cm 6 in of positive ease.

Gauge
Body: 22 sts and 31-32 rows = 10x10 cm 4x4 in in stockinette stitch, with 3.75 mm US5 needles, after blocking.
Front bands: 24 sts and 62-64 rows = 10x10 cm 4x4 in in double knitting, with 2.5 mm US1.5 needles, after blocking.
