The Flora Cowl is designed in two circumferences, 24” and 36”, to give a looser and tighter fit option. The cowl is made by holding a strand of worsted Category 4 yarn together with a strand of fine Category 2 yarn. This creates the lovely accented coloring of the cowl, especially using a particularly striking fine yarn to accent like the Glamour Yarn. This project knits up very quickly—if you are proficient in all the required skills, you can have it completed in 5-10 hours!

The cowl features a zig-zag shape of modified claw pattern cablework on a background of double moss stitch to create a simple but effective texture. The pattern is written for two circumferences, 24” and 36”, depending on the length and fit you would prefer. Both sizes have a width of 9”.
