Flora the Flower Fairy
- downloadable PDF pattern file written in English (with US terminology) with many detailed photos, tips and extras -
The Fairy shown in the pictures is made using YarnArt Jeans yarn and a 2.5mm size hook. My Flora, made with these materials, is 26cm (10.5 inches) high. The pattern doesn’t require any specific yarn or colors; you can use whatever you like. It contains two versions of the hairstyle and two extras for your Fairy. The fairy’s body is one-piece, seamless.
You will need:
• any yarn you like – in flesh/peach , green, two colors for petal-skirt, white, some pastel shade for the edge of the wings – I used YarnArt Jeans
• hook matching your yarn – I used 2.5mm
• safety eyes size 6-8mm, black thread or embroidery floss for the eyes
• wire or pipe cleaner to secure the neck and arms
• stuffing, sewing needle, scissors
The pattern is meant for the intermediate crocheters. It was tested a few times, but if there’s anything unclear or you have any thoughts, be sure to let me know :) Also, I would enjoy seeing your works so you can share them with me on my Facebook group “OrlicaCraft Designs” or just tag me (@OrlicaCraft) when publishing your picture.
