Stitch Key (US terminology)

dc = double crochet

Notes
Ch 2 doesn’t count as a stitch.
You will begin by crocheting the body of the panel, followed by the bust section. Once these pieces are complete, you will sew them together. To finish, you will crochet a single round of single crochet (sc) around the neckhole and armholes.
To make the top longer, simply add additional rows to the body section where the flowers are being crocheted.
To ensure the flowers lay flat on the fabric, they should be blocked.
