The Floral Eyelet Collar Scarf is designed by Valerie Baber of Valerie Baber Designs just for you to warm your day with elegance and style. Inspired by the beautiful flowers seen in the summer adding a perfect accent to wear on the colder days warming you within. This design is accented with various sizes of flowers and an eyelet lace scarf base. Made with a Worsted weight yarn on the scarf base and a fingerling/sock weight yarn on the floral accent.

Yarn: Takes 1 skein of Worsted weight yarn and 1 skein of Fingerling/sock weight yarn. Check that you work the same measurements I have listed making changes at your end as necessary.

Finished Measurements:
24.5 inches, 62.25 cm long by 5.25 inches, 13.25 cm wide with the trim measured at the plain section, not by the flowers.
Tension: My tension for the base of the scarf was 5 dc wide in an inch and 2.5 rows of dc in height equaled 1 inch.

Crochet Hook:
I used USA terminology for crochet stitches, US 0-1 H (2 to 2.25mm) hook for the fingerling/sock weight yarn, a H (5 mm) hook for the worsted weight yarn. You may need to use one size up or down depending on your tension

Other supplies: Yarn needle to sew in ends. Two clear buttons 1/2 inch circumference.
