Art Nouveau, with its fluid curves and outlined shapes, provided my inspiration for the floral collar and cuffs of this classic sweater. The pullover is slightly shaped to the female figure; three-quarter sleeves augment its elegance. A wide collar with shaped points at both front and back attractively frames the V-neck. Beginning with a provisional cast-on, the sleeves have deep turn-back cuffs. Colorwork is intarsia technique bordered by an I-cord bind-off. Mercerized cotton yarn has an attractive sheen, creates a stable structure, and is comfortable to wear.
