This written crochet pattern provides instructions to make a ripple baby blanket, approximately 120 cm x 85 cm, with flowers that can be sewn on to the finished blanket, creating a beautiful floral design.

The blanket works up quickly, and makes the perfect gift for a little baby girl. It is large enough to also be used as a toddler blanket when the baby grows older.

The pattern calls for 4 ply yarn in three colours: white, grey, and pale pink. Double strands of yarn are used (along with a 5.00 mm crochet hook) throughout, to make the blanket thick, warm, and snuggly.

The white part of the blanket uses approximately 4.25 skeins of yarn (each 100 g) to complete, the grey part uses approximately 0.5 skeins (also each 100 g), and the pale pink part uses approximately 2 skeins (each 50 g) - this includes the amount needed to crochet the five flowers to be sewn along the bottom of the blanket.

The only additional material required is a darning needle, with which to weave in the ends.
