This square doily was fun to create. When I was done I thought the corners looked like Lillies, then I thought it looked like a horn and a friend told me the horn was a trumpet. I googled descriptive words for trumpet. What popped up was a flower called Trumpet Vine. So I guess we were both on the right track with the lily look and horn. So I combined both thoughts on that and hence the name “Floral Trumpets”.
I used a 1.75 mm hook. It is approx. 14”.
I made one with a 2.25 mm hook and it was about 15”. Either size I was happy with.
It has a total of 19 rounds.
I hope you enjoy making it. Thank you so much for your purchase.
