The Florencia socks use a delicate lace pattern that belies their sturdiness. An easy, yet entertaining knit. They’ll delight your feet any time of year and will look particularly smashing with a pair of Mary Janes. The pattern is written for DPNs, 2 circular needles and the magic loop method.
Specifications
Finished size: About 6 inches in circumference, unstretched. This is a very stretchy pattern, so it should accommodate a range of foot sizes.
Yarn: 1 skein Sundara Yarn Sock yarn, 100% superwash merino wool, 370 yards, 100 grams. Color shown is “Fading Leaves in the Fog”
Needles: US 1 or 2.25 mm. If needed, adjust needle size to obtain the correct gauge. Pattern is written for 4 double pointed needles (DPNs), 2 circulars or the magic loop.
Notions: tapestry needle, stitch marker.
Gauge: 17 stitches = 2 inches in stockinette stitch worked in the round.
