Florid is a round yoke colorwork sweater knitted from the top down in the round, seamlessly. Like many of my designs, it is inspired by flowers!

Sleeve circumference at top of sleeve: (13.1, 14.4, 15.7) 17.1, 18.4, 19.7 (21.1, 22.4, 23.75) in./ (32.25, 36.5, 40) 43.5, 46.5, 50 (53.5, 57, 60.25) cm
Body length (underarm to hem): 14.75 in./ 37.5 cm.
Sleeve length: 17.5 in./ 44.5 cm.
Suggested ease: 2-6 in./ 5-15 cm.

GAUGE
18 sts x 22 rows - stockinette in the round in 4 in / 10 cm on larger needles.

TOOLS
Needle size is a suggested starting point, to make your swatch. Whichever size you get the correct gauge with is the size you should use. You will also need a needle 2 sizes smaller than the one you get correct gauge with
Needles: US7 (main) and US5 (ribbing) circular needles.
You will also need some scrap yarn or stitch holders and a tapestry needle for weaving in the ends.

Yarn used and recommended: We Are Knitters: MC - Baby Alpaca 100% baby alpaca 1.75 oz/50g 123 yds/112 m. CC1/2/3: Touch Me Mohair 54% baby alpaca 22% super kid mohair 24% mulberry silk, 1.75 oz/50g 437 yds/400 m. (All CC yarns (mohair) is held double).
Colors used in sample: MC - Forest Green, CC1 - Mostaza, CC2 - Dusty Mauve, CC3 - Aquamarine.
(6, 7, 8) 9, 9, 10 (11, 11, 12) balls for MC and 1 ball of each of the CC colors. (If you don’t want to wind your mohair ball into two, get 2 balls).
