Flow & Run Sleeveless Top is worked in the round bottom up. It begins with a Japanese lace border, followed by stockinette fabric with rows of purl stitches running up to the top.
It has minimal shaping to the waist, and simple sleeveless armholes with selvages that don’t require a trim. The neckline is similar to a boat neckline, though does have short straps up to the shoulder seam.
I’ve chosen a three needle bind off as it aids stability and neatness to the garment.
The pattern will fit 32 - 36” busts, and there is a recipe at the end should you wish to adapt to smaller or larger sizes.
The name Flow & Run was chosen as the lace looks like patterns in the sand at the beach after water has run over it carrying some sand away.
