Special Stitches:
Puff Stitch:
YO, insert the hook in the stitch, yarn over, draw the yarn through the stitch and pull up to a dc height, repeat 3 more times (9 loops on hook), YO and draw through all loops on hook to complete the stitch.
Spike Leaf:
This spike leaf will be worked into the 5 chain spaces from the previous rounds starting with the farthest right chain space and working to the left. This will count as one stitch. (instructional pictures de-saturated for stitch definition)
