Flower Baby
Here’s a pattern that will be the hit of any baby shower! These can be made in any pretty flower shade and green to represent the leaves. I chose a rich purple for the “petals” and a heathery green for the “leaves”. There is a good size range since the garter stitch foot is stretchy! 6 to 24 months! So, they will get plenty of wear and the ties are made of the flower color using i-cord.
They are quick to knit on size US5/3.75mm double pointed knitting needles. You will need a set of three needles since the bottom of the booties are closed with an easy 3-needle bind off. The yarn is washable in the washing machine, dry flat, making care easy.
