Flower Box Shawl
I have seen this flower design used as a border before. I thought it would make a wonderful shawl or scarf with some solid rows in between. I decided to make my flowers a different color, but you could make it all one color. (See my scarf example.)
I really like making a rectangle shawl with this pattern because I can pull all my tails into the fringe to hide them, but you can leave the fringe off and make a blanket with it. This pattern does require some experience with dc2tog. Other than that, it uses basic stitches..
I used some #4 weight yarn that I ordered online. My shawl is 60” wide and 20” tall. The fringe adds an extra 3” on each side. You could use any yarn and hook you like. You will just have to adjust the foundation row and number of repeats accordingly.
