A simple, seamless top-down raglan style sweater with a bit of frill at the bottom. The sweater features a higher neck in the back, 3/4 sleeves and a little tutu style hem.

Main fabric: US 4 (3.5 mm) - 16” / 40 cm circular and preferred needles for small circumference knitting.
Ribbing: US 2 (2.75 mm) - 32” / 80 cm circular and preferred needles for small circumference knitting.
Use the needle size you need to achieve gauge, going down two US sizes for the ribbing.
Gauge
24 sts / 32 rounds = 4” (10 cm) on larger needles.
Measured over stockinette st in the round after blocking.
