Included in the Flower Dolly Dress pattern are instructions for
the dress in two sizes as well as two gauges plus 3 different
skirt options.

Small for dolls with an 8-10” chest
Large for dolls with an 11-13” chest.

Gauge:
5spi and 7rpi with size 7 needles
4spi and 6rpi with size 9 needles

The pattern does not include instructions for the flower embroidery. The dress has plenty of room to add your own embroidery/duplicate stitch designs.
