The Flowers in a Row Dress is sized for an 18” doll like an American Girl, Springfield, Journey Girl or Madame Alexander

This dress is worked in the round from the bottom up. It starts with a flower pattern at the hem & finishes with the flower pattern at the neck. I-cord straps are knitted from the neckline to create halter straps.
