Crochet a bounty of beautiful flowers to embellish this garden-fresh afghan. The background panel is crocheted first then the “windowsill” is trimmed with three-dimensional flowers created from a variety of paintbox colors--and stitched one at a time.
Materials:
Unger Roly Poly (3.5-oz.) balls)
Dark blue x 4
Light blue x 2
Pink x 3
Light yellow x 3
Dark yellow x 3
Green x 2
Ecru x 1
Orange x 1
Medium rose x 1
Light rose x 1
Purple x 1
Size G aluminum crochet hook
4 large yarn bobbins
2 1/4 yards 2” wide lace (for curtain). Can be store bought or create your own.
Gauge: 6 stitches = 2”; 4 rows = 2”
