Using a 2mm hook and the suggested yarn doll is about 8 cm tall. (about 3 & 1/4 inches)
You can make the girl bigger or smaller by changing the yarn & hook a few sizes.

A hook (I used a 2mm)
Small quantities of matching yarn (I used Hobby Friends cotton 8/4)
3mm eyes (I used 3mm beads)
