This is my own design for a knitting pattern to fit an 18 inch doll such as American Girl, Gotz, or similar size dolls
It is for:-

Flower headband
Dress
All in one shoes and socks

It uses approx. 60grms of blue, and 25grms of white, plus odd balls of green and yellow DK yarn, (worsted weight US)

The dress is knitted from the top down in one piece with a back seam.
There is a 3 button fastening at the top back
The “flowers” are bobbles, to create a 3D effect, with a bit of fair isle knitting round them for leaves
