This is a very pretty cape and matching purse, one which any princess would love! The cape is made in one piece. Worked from the top down, it is delicately shaped to give a smooth, modern look.
The drawstring purse is in the same lacy pattern and is worked in one piece - in the round.
Both pieces are quick and easy! They both use the same width ribbon to tie - alternatively, the cape could be closed with a button.
Tension/Gauge: Width - 11cm = 4 pattern repeats, Length - 10cm = 8 rows.
You will need 2 x 100g balls of DK yarn for the Cape, here I used King Cole Glitz DK for added sparkle. But there is plenty remaining to make the purse.
