This headband is done so that every side you see is a right side! The middle of the headband is down in 1x1 rib with i-cord edges. It’s a simple knit that makes a very fun headband: with or without the flower!

If requires only a small amount of yarn: 1/3 to 1/2 a ball of worsted weight in the main color, and even less for the flower. Pick this pattern to use up some of those half skeins you have laying around. :)

This pattern is done in both knitting and crocheting. The headband is knit and the flower is crochet. If you don’t crochet, you could substitute another knit flower for the crocheted flower. This pattern uses some special stitches: m1A, m1T, ssk, and k2tog. You can find lots of examples of these stitches online.
