The rectangle on one side has the flower-like patterns, worked by separating the left and right from the center. The other side is worked straight with simple patterns. The two patterns will show different faces: if you wear it with the simple patterns on top, you will have a slit; if the flower patterns come on top, you will have the collar.

This vest begins by making foundation chain stitches and working in pattern stitch. Then stitches are picked up from the opposite side of the foundation chain stitches and worked in pattern stitch.
