Made with yarn scraps so please take the yardage mentioned with that in mind.

Equally work well with Aran/worsted weight yarn and a 5.5mm hook. You want to keep stitches tight so as to keep the heat off your hands while using.
Cotton yarn is generally beat for this as wool will felt with the heat.
