The best part about this dress is there is only one seam that is sewn-- the back center seam, so minimal sewing skills are required. Dress is crocheted right into fabric; you won’t believe how easy it is to do and half the dress is already completed for you. The ruffles cover the bottom edge, so no hemming!

With a little modification, such as excluding the back seam, my 10 yr old niece wore this as a halter top.
