Flower Power Bag
An easy pattern for a SMALL bag in just the right size for your essentials or a warm sweater, six-seven skeins or something the size of a head!
The original bag is knitted in Lily Sugar’n Cream in the color Flower Power, which created great spiral stripes all around the bag. If you want to make a bigger size, I’m not sure how the stripes will work out, but that’s no problem with the solid colored bags: just add a few more rounds in the increasing bottom section, and then divide those extra sts evenly in the BO-round.
Skills: knit, purl, kfb, k2tog, three needle bind off (help-link in pattern).
Time: I use about four-five hours.
TIP: if you use magic loop instead of dpns, use four markers to mark where the needles should have been.
