An interesting twist on the usual top down construction - the top of the hat is an actual flower shape. I think this is why my toddler loved this hat so much.

I am still amazed at how little time and yarn it took to make this cute little hat.

It has been many years since this hat was made and the pattern published in my Etsy Shop. Amazingly I have never published it on Ravelry before. I am not sure why, I just never thought of it until recently, when DD 3, for whom this hat was made saw her old photos and told me, that it was her favorite hat!

She is now a mature young lady of almost 16, yet, I wounder, what if I made this hat again, in her size, would she wear it? Got to ask…
