Over the past year or so, I’ve been working on creating my very own patterns and designs. I’m excited to share with you the first to be released – the Flower Slouch Toque – just in time for the first snowfall here in Alberta!

This pattern is light and airy, but with a solid band to keep your ears warm too. The beginning stitch pattern takes a bit of concentration, but results in a cute flower/hexagon shape to add a little something special to the top of the hat. After you master the first 6 rows, the pattern repeats in a mindless way allowing you to watch Netflix and crochet away your day!

You can use any #4/worsted weight yarn, but I find the softer yarns will give you a better ‘slouch’.
