This is a lovely little project for a mum to be who has just learnt to knit and wants to get the nursery ready.

These flower wall hangings are great fun to make. This project is for someone who has learnt their knit and purl stitches and this pattern will introduce abbreviations yfwd (yarn forward) and yb (yarn back). P2tog (purl 2 stitches together) abbeviation is involved here.

Its a lovely ECO friendly project too using Malabrigo 100% organic cotton yarn. I used 2 pink shades in this photo but do check out the Malabrigo yarn site as they have loads of beautiful scrummy shades available in this yarn.

You will make approximately 6 flowers with one skein.
